Performance Guarantee full terms and
conditions
If you can not make 200% return on the cost of the
Index Trader Pro, you may request a complete refund of
your purchase price.
To qualify, ensure that you have completed the Licence
Agreement document and simply complete 100 Index Trader
Pro trades within 12 months. All trades must be taken
a)
in markets that are traded on BetOnMarkets.com or Betfair
.com;
b) in markets for which the client has
sufficient trading capital to maintain appropriate money
management strategies as defined in the Index Trader Pro
training;
c) in markets that are sufficiently liquid to enable
trade entry and exit as and when the rules require;
d) in accordance with the strategy
detailed in the Index Trader Pro Interactive Learning
Software.
This performance guarantee can only be claimed by
sending us a written request for a refund in line with our
refund
policy, including your 12-month broker
statements, evidencing your qualifying trades, within 13 months of your date of purchase.
Refund
Policy
Products purchased through Insider News,
which qualify for a refund pursuant to the terms and
conditions of the Performance Guarantee, are payable within
30 days from the date of authorisation. Authorisation
will be considered once Insider News receives a written
and the entire course materials as listed in the
Performance Guarantee are returned prior to the expiry of
the guarantee period.
Clients are required to contact the
Returns Officer prior to the return of the course
materials to be issued with a Return Merchandise
Authorisation number. The Return Merchandise Authorisation
number is valid for 14 days after which time the
application will lapse and the refund request is no longer
valid. Clients wishing to return goods after this time
will need to contact the Returns Officer and re-apply. Insider News
will not accept delivery for any returned material that
does not note the Return Merchandise Authorisation number
clearly on the outside packaging.
Insider News recommends all clients
return goods via a registered or secured method of post.
Although it is left to the discretion of the client, Insider News
accepts no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Returned materials must be received
in an intact and re-saleable condition. Quality Assurance
on returned materials will be conducted by Insider News
within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Applications for refunds will be
approved only when goods comply with Insider News's
Quality Assurance standards.
Refund payments for approved
returned products or cancelled seminars will be made via
the method of original purchase, with the exception of
Direct Debit Payments, which will be refunded by cheque.
Please note in credit card refunds, that payments may take
3-5 working days from date of terminal approval to show on
the cardholder’s account. This can be confirmed by the
cardholder with their institution.

Terms and Conditions of refunds and returns must be
